tiny female adult Pomeranian in Sacramento, California For Sale

I unfortunately have to sell my female Pomeranian (sugar) her b-day is the 4th or july , so she recently turned 3years, I have recently become ill and do not have the time to devote to her anymore, she is incredibly smart, indoor & outdoor potty trained, crate trained, gets along with other animals, will do ok with older children I'd recommend 10+, small children make her nervous, shes a very laid back mild mannered dog, she would be perfect for an older person, older couple or a young single person or couple, she does well alone & never acts out, never has chewed on anything made any messes & doesn't get into anything, she can be left over night and will behave perfectly when alone even when not crated, as long as she has food, water, a puppy pad & a toy shes good. I would describe her as very mellow & independent, she likes attention but not too much, shes defiantly not a lap dog & would be great for someone who has a busy scheduled. she is not fixed but has never had puppies, I wanted to breed her once before fixing her but since she is so small at just under 5 pounds (4pounds &14oz) i was unable to ever find a male small enough to breed her with, she is in my opinion an absolutely prefect dog, one that you never have to worry about, and is perfectly behaved. She isn't unnecessarily yappy and only barks when she hears the door or a unfamiliar voice in the house.She has a gorgeous cream colored coat & likes to be brushed. It breaks my heart to have to give her up but my health is declining & I am a single mother of 2 children also so things are very difficult and i know its best for Sugar to be with someone who can give her the love & care she deserves. I will be selective on who she will go to because i want the best possible home for my baby . I am asking $500, I paid $700 for her & she is well worth the asking price, also I want to make sure her new home will be able to afford to pamper her & make sure her grooming is regularly kept up on.
